- Courses: Payments for courses must be made in full at the time of purchase. Refunds are offered within 5 calendar days of purchase, provided no course content has been accessed or the course has not been started. No refunds will be issued after 5 days. - Coaching Sessions: Refunds for coaching sessions are available if canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled session time. To request a refund, please contact us at contact@intentionalwithlelum.com. If you cancel within 48 hours of the session, you may choose to reschedule, but no refunds will be provided. No refunds will be issued after a session has been completed.
