Course Service Agreement for Mastering Anxiety: The INTENT Method Course

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Le Lum/Intentional with Le Lum ("Instructor" or "we/us") and the Enrolled Participant ("Participant" or "you"). By enrolling in and accessing the course, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read this Agreement carefully.

  1. Course Access and Usage
  • The Participant is granted personal, non-transferable access to Mastering Anxiety: The INTENT Method Course. Access to course materials is intended solely for the Participant and cannot be shared, sold, or transferred.
  • Course content, including videos, documents, audios, and other materials, are for individual use only and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or modified.
  1. Refund Policy
  • Refunds are offered within 5 calendar days of purchase. To request a refund, please contact us at contact@intentionalwithlelum.com within this period. No refunds will be issued after 5 days. Additionally, refunds will not be granted if any course content has been accessed or if the course has been started.
  1. Disclaimer of Results
  • This course is intended to provide guidance and tools for personal and spiritual growth. Results vary based on individual commitment, effort, and personal circumstances.
  • No specific outcomes or results are guaranteed, and Participant is responsible for implementing course material in a way that suits their unique journey.
  1. Intellectual Property Rights
  • All course materials are owned by Le Lum/Intentional with Le Lum/Intentional Publishing and are protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, distribution, or alteration of course content is strictly prohibited.
  • Participants may use the materials for personal learning and application only. Any violation of these terms may result in the termination of access and legal action.
  1. Privacy and Confidentiality
  • We respect the privacy of all Participants and expect the same in return. Information shared by Participants within group settings or community spaces should remain confidential and not be shared outside of the course.
  • We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not share your information with third parties outside of the course platform, except as required by law.
  1. Support and Communication

  • Email support is included as part of the course for 30 days from date of purchase. Additional one-on-one support may be available for an additional fee.
  1. Liability Waiver
  • By participating in the course, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your own well-being and actions taken based on the information provided in this course.
  • Le Lum/Intentional with Le Lum is not liable for any adverse effects, physical or emotional, resulting from the application of course content. The course is not a substitute for medical or mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
  • You agree to consult a qualified professional as needed and hold Le Lum/Intentional with Le Lum harmless from any outcomes arising from course participation.
  1. Course Modifications and Termination
  • We reserve the right to modify course content, update materials, or make changes to the course as deemed necessary. In the event of significant changes, Participants will be notified via email.
  • We reserve the right to terminate a Participant’s access if they violate this Agreement, without refund, at our discretion.
  1. Governing Law
  • This Agreement is governed by the laws of Texas/USA. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Texas/USA.
